Destin, Florida

Southern Resorts building is a three-story structure having a total area of 12,660 square feet. The facility primarily serves as Southern Ventures property and vacation rental property management center properties located in the vicinity of Destin, Florida. Designed and constructed by Design Build Systems, Inc., each floor of the building is functionally independent from the others.

Emerald Coast Autism Center
Niceville, Florida

The Emerald Coast Autism Center is a 15,225 square foot educational facility designed to promote and respond to the educational and therapeutic needs of autistic children.

Designed and built by Design Build Systems, Inc., the Emerald Coast Autism Center is equipped with secured access, a student delivery reception area, administrative offices, conference room, instructor work station room, classrooms, specialty rooms for speech therapy and occupational training, computer room, multi-purpose rooms for advanced group teaching, instructor and student dining area and an indoor play area with direct access to the fenced outdoor playground designed to accommodate the special and unique students attending the school.

SAI Flight Test Hangar
Crestview, Florida

The SAI flight Test Center is a 30,600 square foot aviation facility with administrative offices, an avionic service area, general shop areas and aircraft hangar area. With its 195-foot clear span and 150-foot-wide hangar door, the aircraft hangar area is capable of housing a wide variety of aircraft.

Honda of Bay County
Springfield, Florida

Honda of Bay County is an automotive center with separate Sales, Service and Quick Lube buildings totaling 31,145 square feet. Design/Build Systems, Inc's. design and construction of the development provided an efficient and economical approach achieving the Dealer's development needs while also satisfying Corporate Honda's "Image Program" requirements.

Destin United Methodist Church
Destin, Florida

Destin United Methodist Church's 39,000 square foot multi-purpose building includes a cafe center, commercial kitchen, multi-purpose rooms, youth services area, nursery, aerobics room, weight room, theatrical stage and a 1500-member worship area that also doubles as a gym equipped with a regulation play basketball court.

Design/Build Systems, Inc. teamed with Destin United Methodist Church and the project architect to value engineer the development's original design and provide construction management. Design/Build Systems, Inc's. value engineering service resulted in a savings to the church of approximately $600,000.

Crestview Crossing Shopping Center
Crestview, Florida

The Crestview Crossing Shopping is a development designed and constructed by Design/Build Systems, Inc. on a twelve acre site. The Center's three buildings provide a combined area of 20,391 square feet designed to accommodate fifteen separate national and local tenants.
